Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Experienced Construction Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor on construction sites.
- Assist skilled concrete finishers and asphalt pavers.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment.
- Help with site preparation, including but not limited to digging trenches or clearing debris.
- Support the installation of structures and fixtures as directed.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is required; we are looking for experienced help.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is beneficial.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
