JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBLE FOR AUDITING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT ENTRIES. REVIEWS ALL ASPECTS OF ENTRY FOR ACCURACY, RESOLVES ISSUES, MAKES ALL NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AND REISSUES INVOICES IF REQUIRED.PROCESSES INTERNATIONAL INVOICE CORRECTIONS.

• Handles disputes of international partner invoices. Communicates results to involved parties and obtains credit notes if applicable
• Issues reports related to audits and disputes
• Auditing of CRAF shipments and processing reports for payment
• Other duties as assigned
• Optional: list up to 6 essential job skills or competencies (combination of skills, knowledge and abilities) needed to perform the job at a satisfactory level
• Education Level, minimum high school diploma or GED
• 2 years international operations experience preferred
  
  

This is a clerical administrative position in a professional office setting. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, stoop, bend and reach. Extensive use of a phone and a PC is required. Position may require to work remotely at times.

Pay Range:

$21.60 an hour

Monday through Friday

8:30 am to 5:30 pm

 

• The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
