About The Role

- Develop communication and training materials to assist users in adopting new solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for vessel energy efficiency and fleet performance management.
- Ensure that our digital solutions drive technical energy efficiency, optimizing fleet operations both on board and onshore.
- Strong experience in vessel management with deep knowledge of container vessel engine room operations.
- A degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Seafaring experience is preferred but can be substituted with equivalent relevant expertise.
- A proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
- Passion for sustainability, decarbonization, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- An interest in and basic knowledge of software development and digital technologies.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
