A&P Technology’s success has created the need for a Fabricator. The Fabricator will support construction and development of new equipment for A&P’s manufacturing operations. They will be responsible for supporting multiple projects across various production areas and ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Energetically take a hands-on approach with mechanical solutions
- Build (weld, assembly, troubleshoot) new manufacturing equipment
- Support equipment modifications and decommissioning
- Collaborate with Shop, Fabrication, Engineering and Automation teams for projects
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Fabrication Experience (2 Years) or similar
- MIG & TIG Experience
- Detailed understanding of mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting experience with a passion for problem solving
- Self-motivated, adaptable personality and willing to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
