You"re an experienced, results-driven and strategic sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You have a deep understanding of digital and linear ad sales and a proven track record of building client relationships and driving revenue.
Experience in digital and linear ad sales (streaming, broadcast, or cable networks).Industry Expertise : Deep knowledge of advertising in sports, kids, and entertainment markets.Client Relationships : Established connections with top-tier advertisers, brands, and agencies across diverse sectors (media, tech, telecom, streaming).Sales Acumen : Expertise in programmatic advertising, branded content, sponsorships, and direct ad sales.Communication : Strong presentation and negotiation skillsLeadership : Experience leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team and guiding revenue growth strategies.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market data and advertising performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.Adaptability : A results-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot and innovate in response to market trends.Your Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Growth : Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies for digital and linear advertising across APMC's platforms.Client Partnerships : Build and expand relationships with major brands, advertisers, and agencies to drive revenue.Strategic Sales Execution : Manage and optimize the sales pipeline for direct and programmatic ad sales.Market Expansion : Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for market penetration.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure an integrated approach to advertising solutions.Consultative Sales : Tailor solutions to client needs, leveraging both traditional and digital media.Forecasting & Reporting : Provide accurate revenue forecasts, sales performance insights, and market trend reports to senior leadership.Ad Tech Innovation : Stay ahead of programmatic ad trends and new ad technologies to enhance APMC's offerings.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in digital and linear ad sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue across streaming, broadcast, or cable networks.Deep knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, including digital programmatic, linear TV ad buying, and direct brand partnerships.Demonstrated experience contributing to and guiding a sales team, with a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using market data and insights to drive sales strategies.Passion for digital and traditional media, with a commitment to delivering family-friendly content and solutions to brands looking to reach these key audiences.Why You'll Love Working with Us!
