```Duties```
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assisted living, nursing home, or home care
- Knowledge of medical documentation and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide compassionate care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
