What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at A Perfect Floor?
We are a growing flooring company in Sanford, FL looking for a dedicated account manager to generate leads and ensure smooth project execution to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, handling multiple responsibilities, and making a direct impact on a business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a lead generation program including all advertising mediums.
- Manage jobs from start to finish, including but not limited to:
- Acquiring the customer.
- Obtaining deposit (when applicable).
- Communicating with customer throughout the job process.
- Securing job materials.
- Acquisition and management of installers.
- Obtaining final payment.
- Thank You card sent to customer.
- Lend support to management and other staff as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5 years in account management.
- Communication: Must be professional and effective both written and verbal communication.
- Organization & Multitasking: Comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Computer: Proficient in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and all major Social Media Platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Compensation:
- $600 per week, plus bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
