Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the patient's quality of life.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help with mobility and transportation for patients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a personal care assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
