Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the patient's well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the patient's living environment.
- Support medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
Requirements
