Responsibilities :
Provide compassionate and personalized care, including assistance with grooming, toileting, bathing assistance, medication management, and companionship to vulnerable adults.
Foster a warm and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and independence of our clients. Provide assistance with : shopping, errands, game play, music, crafts, hobbies, TV, mail, emails, social media, technology, etc.
Support clients' mobility and transportation needs, enabling them to remain engaged and active in their communities.
Maintain a clean and organized home to ensure a safe environment.
Prepare nutritious meals to help your client thrive and maintain their well-being.
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements :
Previous experience as a Home Care Aide / Caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care to vulnerable adults and seniors.
- Home Care Registry- preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.
Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the individual needs and preferences of each client.
