- Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Services Coordinator for our Berwyn, PA location. This individual will be responsible for managing and scheduling caregivers and clients. This role is fast-paced and requires the ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, think critically, and problem-solve on the go.
1. Design and manage client and caregiver schedules.
2. Match caregivers to clients based on skills, personalities, and client preferences.
3. Handle immediate care requests, unconfirmed shifts, and caregiver call-outs.
4. Conduct interviews for hiring staff.
5. Ensure consistent, high-quality client care.
6. Document changes, cancellations, and significant events.
7. Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
8. Effectively communicate with all staff members, clients, and client contacts.
9. Fulfill on-call duties as necessary.
