Job Title : PRN Caregiver / CNA – Weekend Shifts
Location : Conroe, Montgomery, The Woodlands, Spring, and surrounding areas
Schedule : Weekend Shifts (PRN – As Needed)
Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Caregiver / CNA to join our team and provide exceptional care during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and experience working with elderly individuals, including those with mobility challenges, dementia, and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning, ensuring safety at all times.
Support individuals with dementia or cognitive decline by creating a calm and reassuring environment.
Provide medication reminders (if required)
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisors.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent.
CNA certification preferred but not required
Experience in caregiving, particularly with elderly clients with dementia or limited mobility.
Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Must pass background check and drug screening.
