Key Responsibilities:
Referral Generation:
Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, hospitals, and other community resources to generate referrals.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance referral rates from these sources, including cold calling.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and unmet needs in the community.
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote the home care agency's services.
Set sales goals and track performance against those goals.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential referral sources.
Provide excellent customer service and build trust with referral sources and clients.
Sales and Business Development:
Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients and referral sources.
Support business development activities, such as attending industry events and networking opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities and make adjustments as needed.
Communication and Outreach:
Develop and implement marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
Create and manage social media presence to promote the agency's services.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the A Place At Home - Towson services.
