Job Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist at A Place for Mom, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking support, information, and guidance during their journey to find senior living solutions. You will provide exceptional customer service, offering empathy, patience, and tailored advice to ensure each family’s needs are met. This is a remote, part-time position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries from families through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance to families seeking information on senior living options.
