Job Description
This position is directly responsible for revenue growth goals for the company through managing and motivating a team of Small Business Account Managers (SBAMs) and Customer Acquisition Managers (CAMs) who are responsible for the success of a portfolio of small business customer accounts and growing the overall network. The position is key to ensuring our customers’ success by developing and executing strategies to drive move-ins, improve the conversion rate of referred leads, and support the maintenance and growth of the current APFM network. The team will be evaluated by the performance of their individual portfolio monthly and will report to the Director, Small Business and Acquisitions. This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, commitment to delivering a seamless consumer experience, while working cross functionally with other divisions within our organization to maximize outcomes and drive company success.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing, and results-driven account management and acquisition team through recruitment, training, and coaching
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets monthly
- Prepare and report on market performance to the Senior Leadership team as required
- Understand the value proposition and customize offerings to meet partner needs and drive adoption
- Demonstrate a strong ability to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities
- Drive move-in growth through strategic account management and consultative selling
- Effectively mitigate attrition through proactive engagement, value delivery, and issue resolution
- Adjust messaging to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including operators and corporate leadership
- Utilize data and insights to monitor trends, course-correct, and drive continuous improvement
- Prioritize data integrity and operational precision to enable effective decision-making and reporting
- Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive data across multiple platforms (PartnerCentral, Salesforce, etc.)
- 15-20% travel (e.g. divisional and organizational meetings, annual Senior Living conferences, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 5 years of experience in account management and/or senior living sales management
- 3 years of successful experience as a sales manager
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams across sales, customer success, marketing, and finance departments
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Gong, Salesforce, Tableau)

Compensation:
- The position is a salaried, exempt position.
- Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000-$95,000
- Variable Bonus: $27,000- $28,500
