As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team remotely.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized part-time Personal Assistant to support our executive team in various administrative tasks. This is a remote, flexible position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a positive impact. As a Personal Assistant at Place For Mom, you will play a key role in managing schedules, communication, and various organizational responsibilities to ensure that the team can focus on their most important tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.).
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and external contacts.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as online research, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Help with event planning, including virtual meetings and webinars.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using productivity software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
