We are looking for qualified and motivated Direct Support Professionals to work with developmentally disabled adults with behaviors. The goals in our homes are directed towards assisting the residents to gain independence and access to the community, live a healthy lifestyle, manage behaviors and age-related health concerns, and continue to grow in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care for the population we serve by employing and training a caring, professional staff who apply a structured support plan focused on wellness. We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
Thursday - Monday 2pm - 10pm (40 hrs/week)
Friday and Monday 2pm - 10pm (16hrs/week)
Position Requirements:

Position Requirements:
- Current Driver's License
- First Aid certification prior to starting
- Livescan Background Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Supporting developmentally disabled adults with behavioral concerns
- Daily computer documentation and communication
- Driving 6-10 passenger vehicle
- Cooking, following menu, nutrition support
- Medication assistance
- Following numerous regulatory requirements and company processes
- A continuous improvement/growth mindset!
