We are looking for qualified and motivated Direct Support Professionals to work with developmentally disabled adults with behaviors.
If you don't have a lot of experience working with amazing residents like ours, we'd still love to hear from you. Our experienced team will train you.
The goals in our homes are directed towards assisting the residents to gain independence and access to the community, live a healthy lifestyle, manage behaviors and age-related health concerns, and continue to grow in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

We are currently hiring for the following part-time shift in our Lemon Grove location :
24-hour Part -time shift - Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays (2pm - 10pm)
Position Requirements :
- Current Driver's License
- First Aid certification prior to starting
- Livescan Background Clearance
- Health Screening / TB clearance
Responsibilities :
- Supporting developmentally disabled adults with behavioral concerns
- Daily computer documentation and communication
- Driving 6-10 passenger vehicle
- Cooking, following menu, nutrition support
- Medication assistance
- Following numerous regulatory requirements and company processes
