Position salary and benefits:

The EBSH Administrator's primary function is to provide overall supervision and direction for the site program and direct care staff that serve adults with forensic and behavioral issues who are developmentally disabled.
The Administrator schedule for the position is 4 day/ 10 hours onsite and on call for the four working days, with an assistant administrator covering administrator duties the other days of the week. However, the Administrator is responsible for 24 hr operation of the facility as the main administrator of the home.
*Please note that while the position is located in Escondido, the first few months of the position will require temporarily commuting to Lemon Grove, California for training purposes.

Position Qualifications / Requirements:
- Communicate proficiently and effectively with a variety of professionals.
- Valid California Driver’s license with good driving record.
- Current ARF administrative certificate authorized by the California Department of Social Services.
- Must pass criminal history clearance through California Department of Justice prior to hire.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities (with DSP 1 & 2 certification), AND be one of the following:
- Register Behavior Technician (and must maintain certification through supervision by QBMP)
- Licensed Psychiatric Technician
- Qualified Behavior Modification Professional
- Must complete the residential services orientation as required per section 56003(b)
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must complete Health screening and TB test prior to start date.
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
