Job Summary
At A PLUS Behavior Analysis We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering positive behavioral changes and supporting families in their journey.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive care.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay updated on best practices in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret research data effectively.
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to ethical practice in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.

Pay: $60.00 - $76.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
