About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll handle daily clerical tasks, assist with scheduling, support team members, and keep things in order.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
- Greet clients and visitors professionally
- Help with other admin duties as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Great communication and people skills
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
