Field Sales Representative

Seeking experienced field sales representatives to join our team! We specialize in roofing, fencing, and Generac automatic generator sales, installations, and repairs. Work new prospects through the entire sales cycle and maximize profit within his or her territory. Development new leads, educating prospects, and turning educated shoppers into long term customers.

Responsibilities:

· Close new deals at a high rate.

· Maintain an up-to-date CRM.

· Computer and mobile data logging.

· Build relationships with existing customers.

· Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.

· Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.

· Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

· Maintain records of all sales leads and/ or customer accounts.

· Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.

· Educate on how products or service can benefit them.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

Qualified field sales representative should have a high school diploma, and typically hold a bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, economics, or similar field.

However, skills and experience, outweigh education when it comes, qualifying candidates, especially because product expertise is typically learned on the job:

· Comfortable on the phone.

· Competitive attitude.

· Conversational/interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently.

· A valid driver’s license.

· Self-motivated energy.

· Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables.

· Able to work remotely and to communicate with management at any given time.

· Goal- oriented and ambitious with capacity and drive to exceed quotes.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
