JOB OVERVIEW
A Plus Early Intervention is an actively growing EI provider agency that serves children from birth to age 3. We provide service coordination, services, and evaluations in all five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. We are currently looking to grow our Service Coordination department with a dedicated and experienced Service Coordinator Supervisor. Come join the A team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversight and management of the Service Coordination Department including, but not limited to:
- Timely submission of required paperwork
- Complete 10 hours of SC training annually
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of identified services, ensuring the effective use of resources.
- Document, audit, and maintain comprehensive electronic records and reports related to service coordination activities.
- Play a key role in developing caseloads, delegating tasks, and supervising Service Coordinators
- Ensure that Service Coordinators fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in their job descriptions
- Collaborate and participate in the preparation of documentation required for any state or city audits
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Health or Human service field
- Knowledge of the Early Intervention Program and/or experience with Service Coordination (required)
- Willing to work in the field/commute for meetings
- Must have own work equipment (laptop or computer and phone)
