Join our Amazing TEAM! We are looking to add a Dispatch/Customer Service Specialist to our in-office team located in West Valley City. We are willing to train and provide the resources needed to be successful in this career. The ideal candidate should possess a great attitude, organizational, professional, and telecommunication skills. This is a full-time position 40 hrs. per week. Full Benefits are offered.
Schedule is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Pay is $20 - $24 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus depending on experience.
The position consists of communicating with our customers, scheduling a repair appointment, and providing our customers with both, a positive experience and a solution to their needs. Attention to detail and being a great listener will play a huge role in this position. The ideal candidate should be strong in both, customer service and communicating professionally over the phone. The position also consists of coordinating and communicating with other employees and being able to dispatch technicians to customers who need our services. Must be proficient at typing and using multiple computer programs.
