Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead senior leadership teams in establishing goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, community partners, and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the organization's reach and impact.

Qualifications
- 3 plus years of proven experience in a leadership role within the Hospice industry.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and execution.

- Exceptional business development capabilities with a track record of successful negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
