Monitoring expenses to ensure that the facility operates within budgetary constraints
Holding staff meetings to discuss patient status
Conducting employee evaluations that identify nurses strengths and areas of improvement
Making rounds to assess patient status and observe nursing team
Checking patient records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
