Leadtrainand guide the maintenance team.
Ensure that the team is performing all routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing electrical systems HVAC systems and appliances to ensure they are in proper working order.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents prioritizing urgent matters.
Perform repairs and renovations to the buildings structure including painting carpentry and drywall repair.
Maintain the grounds by mowing lawns trimming bushes and removing snow and ice as needed.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs inspections and equipment inventory.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols including those related to hazardous materials and waste disposal.
Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean organized and safe environment for residents and employees.

Current LCSW licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of community resources and social services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
