Position Summary
• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to Lawncare employees. Participate in the development of plans, goals, and objectives for the benefit of our employees and the company. Collaborate with all levels of management and across each department for the betterment of A and its departments.
•Managing the day-to-day activities of the lawncare team.
•Motivating the team to achieve operational goals.
•Assist in the development and implementation of achievable goals.
•Delegating and monitoring tasks assigned to team members.
•Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
•Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, knowledge, communication, and work skills.
•Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team approach.
•Cultivation and encouragement through a productive team attitude that inspires the team to achieve higher goals.
