Join our dynamic staffing team as a Senior Recruiter, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success through strategic placements and building strong candidate relationships. Compensation: $50k-$60k commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Hybrid, 2 days in-office and 3 days remote work.
How You’ll Do It:
- Manage and grow assigned accounts
- Recruit and place direct hire and temporary openings
- Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future
- Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical
- Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Post job ads on job boards and social media
- Foster relationships with current employees to drive referrals
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in professional roles
- Ability to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to build relationships with candidates
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Experience with MS Office suite of applications
- Experience with job boards and social media sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, )
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Time management skills
