· High school diploma or demonstrated ability to perform required functions.

· Experience with basic gauges (calipers, micrometers, scales) (preferred).

· Previous manufacturing or inspection experience (preferred).

· Valid driver’s license (preferred).

· Able to pass a criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Report, and initial and subsequent drug screenings.

· Ability to read, comprehend, and apply written work instructions and related documents.

· Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

· Ability to balance quality and productivity while inspecting parts to meet or exceed customer expectations.

· Accurate and thorough collection and recording of project data.

· Compliance with all safety instructions and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to travel to project locations and work overtime with minimal notice.
