Position Details:
-Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off in addition to Sunday. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided and compensated to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and support a team of healthcare and administrative professionals.
- Foster a positive, patient-focused environment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, health, and clinic regulations.
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and manage resources to meet clinic needs.
- Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Keep patient care areas organized, sanitized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in onboarding and training staff members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of medical procedures, infection control, and patient care standards (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in office software, including Google Docs, Excel, and data entry.
- Empathetic, approachable, and committed to the clinic’s mission.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or greater ( Some college or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Experience: At least three years of managerial experience in a healthcare or medical setting is recommended.
- Certifications such as CNA, MA, or LPN are a plus but not required.
