Duties
- Perform small repairs (such as sheetrock, plumbing, painting, trimming bushes).
- Changing office air filters
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
Availability:
- Tuesday-Thursday ( Mondays and Fridays on occasion)
