Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee records.
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish speaking and writing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience in human resources or related field is preferred but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
