A Pro Services, Inc is a woman owned and locally operated service company that has been cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial properties in Brunswick County since 1999. We have developed a unique lineup of interior and exterior cleaning services that specifically address the five major threats to homes and buildings in our Southeastern and coastal climate: oxidation, corrosion, mildew, algae and mold. Our knowledge and experience has been authentically crafted from serving over 6000 clients and responding to their property maintenance issues. What we discovered is that our services are essential to the preservation and cost savings of your property in our southern coastal climate.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Customer Service Rep, you will:

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and care
• Coordinate services and ensure the ultimate customer experience
• Learn about our products and services to better assist clients
• Document interactions accurately for follow-up and quality assurance
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
