A highly respected Property management firm is seeking an administrative assistant for our apartment community. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established local company. The individual will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the following:
- Answering all incoming calls and directed them to the correct personnel.
- Set appointments for potential clients to view apartments.
- Organize activities with vendors for tenants.
- Assist residents with needs.
- Track monthly calendar
- Assist manager with any other daily needs as requested.
Requirements
- 1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills
