Description:
A property management company in Gurnee, IL is seeking a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer office phones, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the individual requested
- Greet visitors and notify management of their arrival.
- Set up conference room for meetings (and occasional working lunches), including refreshments.
- Properly file copies of vendor checks and invoices by apartment complex
- Match vendor checks to invoices to assure accurate payment
- Prepare vendor checks and remittances for mailing
- Assist corporate management in special projects and other general office duties
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to finish work within set deadlines
- Possess excellent PC skills including strong knowledge of Excel and Word
