Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children in the classroom, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and inclusivity among students.
- Assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other educators to create an integrated curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all students.
- Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support children with varying abilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare center l or caregiving setting is essential.
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and infant care techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education principles to accommodate diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to educate young children through engaging activities that promote learning.
- First aid certification is preferred to ensure the safety of all students in case of emergencies.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners are crucial attributes for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education, specifically with infants and toddlers

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
