Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting duties
- Day-day accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll and ensuring accuracy
- Month-end reporting and filings
- Year-end reporting and filings
- Deposit checks, maintain cash receipts and bank deposits
- Prepare general ledger entries including month-end accruals journal entries
- Audits
- Miscellaneous tasks as provided by the owner

- 4 years of experience with a focus in accounting or finance encouraged to apply!
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred or equivalent accounting experience.
- Proficient with data entry attention to detail and accuracy
- Efficient and effective communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Analytical & customer service mindset
- Recognizes urgency in solving problems and completing critical work.
