We are looking for a Telemarketer to manage assigned accounts and develop an assigned territory. You will contact prospects to expand your account portfolio. Telemarketer/Appointment setter
Location:

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Qualify Leads:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify leads within the target market.
- Research potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for our Outside Sales Executives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive inside sales.
- Utilize effective email campaigns, engage in text messaging, and enhance online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and optimize communication channels.
- Analyze data to measure campaign performance and implement improvements for increased engagement and conversion rates.
Product Knowledge:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our facility services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of calls and leads.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of appointments and information.
- Provide pre-appointment information and materials to Sales Executives.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in outbound cold calling sales, appointment setting, or lead generation, particularly in B2B sales. Experience in facility services or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional phone communication and cold-calling skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Stable work history.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
