We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Daytime Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive environment for both employees . This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for facility services.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels to minimize waste.
- Train and develop staff
- Provide support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Overseeing part of your shift and assisting in cleaning and facility.
- Conducting daily huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Performing inspections, final walk-throughs, and correcting deficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our standards.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Identifying employees for promotion or additional hours.
- Maintaining or exceeding budgeted labor goals.
- Streamlining cleaning processes for efficiency.
- Ensuring cleaners have necessary supplies and tools in advance.
- Communicating important information to staff, such as changes in budgeted hours, processes and procedures.
- Being accountable for labor overages and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with the Manager, to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.
- Proficiency in managing stock levels and inventory control processes.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
