Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities remain functional, safe, and well-maintained. The Handy Man will work independently and as part of a team to address a variety of maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have General Liability Insurance
- Be able to pass background check
- Be friendly, respectful and punctual
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Light electrical work
- Complete general carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair and various tasks
- Light plumbing
- Turn property into rent ready
- Landscaping
- Be able to repair equipment and machinery such as carpet cleaners, lawnmowers, etc...
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
