- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Light electrical work
- Complete general carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and various tasks
- Light plumbing
- Turn property into rent-ready
- Landscaping
- Be able to repair equipment and machinery such as carpet cleaners, lawnmowers, etc...
- Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
