We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floorcare Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our specialty services team. The Floor Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing floor care operations, including buffing, carpet cleaning, and custodial services.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the specialty services staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of floors and carpets to assess cleanliness and identify areas needing attention.
- Oversee floor care procedures, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations in all operations.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding floorcare promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service consistently.
- Work alongside the team to complete floorcare jobs.
- Proven experience in floor care.
