Specialty Service Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floorcare Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our specialty services team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The Floor Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing floor care operations, including buffing, carpet cleaning, and custodial services.

***MUST have valid clean drivers license. ***

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the specialty services staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of floors and carpets to assess cleanliness and identify areas needing attention.
• Oversee floor care procedures, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure all tools are in good working condition.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations in all operations.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding floorcare promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service consistently.
• Work along side team to complete floorcare jobs.

Experience

• Proven experience in floor care.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment used in floorcare services.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus; ability to lead a team effectively is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
