Customer Service Call Center – Bilingual Spanish / English
New opportunities working in a busy call center! This large Connecticut based company has openings for customer service representatives with healthcare / insurance background and experience working in a high-volume call center.
About these customer service / call center openings
- Contract
- No nights or weekends
- 20.00 per hour
- Work from home / Remote – private, quiet office space is required.
- On-site training required for some openings
- Ability to commute into their Wallingford office when needed.
- Excellent on-the-job paid training provided.
- CSR’s are crossed trained to handle both Inbound and outbound calls.
- Busy, very fast-paced, high volume of calls daily.
