Looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire construction project to ensure that design, budget, and schedule are in accordance with requirements and guidelines. The right project manager will have an expertise managing projects in the construction industry.
50K – 100K, depending on experience. Direct Hire.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for
- interfacing with all representatives, subcontractors, and consultants
- planning, organizing, and staffing key field positions
- working with the on-site superintendent through administrative direction to ensure the project stays in budget and on schedule
- authorizing purchase requisitions and project transactions
- maintaining official project logs and documentation files
- working as the liaison between all parties
