Support Associate

Responsibilities

Warehouse and Delivery

• Assemble orders of material and equipment as directed
• Keep all equipment and company vehicles in good repair
• Unload, store and distribute all materials according to the proper jobs
• Unload and load materials using forklifts and other mechanical equipment while preventing damage
• Tie down loads and secure equipment to ensure safe transportation
• Keep an accurate account of time spent doing tasks per job
• Assist all trades with hauling and distribution of materials, tools and equipment to and from job sites in a safe and responsible manner
• Load, unload and move materials, tools, and equipment in warehouse
• General housekeeping in warehouse, shop and yard
• Delivery and pick up for Administrative Staff
• Complete daily time sheets accurately and promptly for proper distribution of labor hours
• Adhere to safety procedures and comply with PPE requirements

Fleet

• Assist in fleet objectives - deliver and pick up corporate vehicles as directed
• Inspect vehicles for safety and operability, report shortcomings for maintenance and repair consideration

Tools / Assets

• Pick up and deliver to field as requested
• Load/unload tools and inventory to be kept in tool crib
• Inspect tools and equipment for wear and defects
• Maintain record of tool use utilizing online software
• Perform inventory as requested

Education, Experience, Qualifications

• Must be qualified to work in the United States
• A Minimum of Eighteen (18) years of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be qualified to operate a forklift
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use measuring tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
