Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting common issues and inquires for a product specific high-demand pressure washer
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer’s questions
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in company applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues when necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in computer applications with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Charismatic and willing to be a spokesperson for the company/brand
- Interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Active listening and communication abilities to manage customers care
- Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
- Time-management capabilities to respond to customer emails, calls, and web chat messages promptly and professionally
- Required to frequently to stand, walk, and sit.
- Requires the ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.

- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds
