If you love writing, organizing, keeping projects on track, and making marketing magic happen behind the scenes, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

🔹 Keep Our Marketing Engine Running

• Organize and manage project photos, videos, and marketing assets
• Clean up and maintain our Dropbox archive so we can find what we need (without pulling our hair out)
• Track sponsorship requests and evaluate new opportunities
• Manage feedback sessions of our webpages and other materials with stakeholders to ensure everything stays fresh and relevant
• Keep online business listings updated

🔹 Write & Support PR & Brand Growth

• Research op/ed opportunities in publications across WA & OR
• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders on our case studies to keep the content fresh
• Help HR communicate our company values, goals, and objectives to the broader team
• Assist in writing and formatting marketing materials, internal documents, and email communications

🔹 Be the Master of Tools & Logistics

• Own our portal content and listing relationship with various utilities
• Track and coordinate new collateral requests
• Order business cards and assist with branded apparel/clothing designs
• Find and document how to use an email signature creator (because branding matters, even in an inbox!)
• Manage some of our key systems and platforms, keeping our systems organized and updated and learn about new features that would benefit us

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong writer and communicator. You can draft clear, engaging, and professional content.
✅ Detail-oriented and organized. You love lists, spreadsheets, and making sure everything is in the right place.
✅ Tech-savvy. You don’t need to be a programmer, but you’re comfortable with online tools and platforms.
✅ A go-getter. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of projects.
✅ Excited to Learn. You’re curious about both marketing and solar energy, and you want to grow in your career.

The Details

💰 Pay: $22–$27/hour DOE
🏢 Location: Seattle, WA (some hybrid work flexibility)
