Job Description :
- The Fieldglass Project Implementation Lead will be responsible for leading a global implementation of Fieldglass from initiation through delivery ensuring successful project outcomes and fostering a collaborative environment among crossfunctional teams.
- This role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand project requirements develop project plans and manage project resources to deliver highquality results.
- The resource must have deep experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering largescale Fieldglass projects on time within budget and to the required quality standards 3 previous deployments at minimum.
- Additional requirements : Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of project coordinators and analysts; excellent communication problemsolving and analytical skills; Life Sciences knowledge is a plus.
